Xero API and current status of oAuth

Xero has deprecated oAuth 1.0 as of 1 Dec 2019 (which is currently used by Idealpos for the Xero API).

This will not affect any existing Idealpos and Xero customers until 1 Dec 2020.

However, new installs will not work until our Xero API has been updated to use oAuth 2.0 (this is being treated as a priority).
