Why are orders printing to the kitchen on cash sales only

When saving items to a table they do not print to the kitchen printers specified on the stock item. 
If the same item is sold in a cash sale it prints correctly.   

Check 'Automatically Print to Kitchen' is ticked in Setup > Yes/No Options under Restaurant
