What are the two different RTBS Interfaces available

RTBS from Whytewaters offer two integrations:

Option 1 - RTBS Live
This is a live API call where tickets can be validated at the POS when presented.

Option 2 - RTBS FTP Bookings via Webit
This interface is a daily import of an XML file via Webit. Typically, this is used to import large group reservations/bookings into Idealpos as pending web orders to be processed when the guest(s) arrives. This process is being phased out.
