Problem:

There is a variance between the total amount and the number of transactions when comparing Idealpos EFTPOS reports to Oolio Payment report.

Explanation:

The Oolio Payments report will include transaction that were done directly on the pinpad, and are so noted with a date in the Merchant Reference field. These transactions will not be included in Idealpos reports.
