Table still locked after being paid off (Paymentree and Pay@Table)

Problem:

When attempting to use an unused table in the Table Map, the following message displays:
The Pay@Table Pinpad has kept a Lock on this Table/Bar Tab

Fix 1:

1. Start the Paymentree Configuration program:


2. Select Platform:


3. Highlight Clover and press Edit:


4. Select Express Prompts:


5. Press OK twice, and then press Exit.

The table can then be selected through Clover, where it can be unlocked.

Fix 2:
In Setup > Global Options > Miscellaneous > POSserver, press Release Locks.
