Customer Account Transactions are not part of the synchronization process in Idealpos.
The best way to ensure that Customer Account Transactions are identical on two different POS systems (where they are correct and complete on one of them) is with an overwrite.
If, for some reason, an overwrite is not an option (for example, the target POS is running SQL Server 2014 Standard and is the only POS system with all historical data), it should be possible to transfer them all by using POSserver. The two POS terminals need to be using the same POSserver (during this transfer process).
On the source POS (with correct and complete Customer Account Transactions), in Global Options > Miscellaneous, Transfer > Customer Account Transactions.
On the receiving POS, in Global Options > Miscellaneous, Retrieve Account Transactions.

Notes:
- This has only been run once so far (it was successful), so backup each database before attempting this.
- This is normally used on a site where Centralized Accounts Transactions cannot be used (normally because there is more than one POSserver in use at the site). After using this technique, ensure either that Centralize Accounts is in use, or that Centralize Accounts is unticked on all PCs.
