Stop Clerks from using a Login Code

At one site, clerks were using the Web Order Clerk code of 999 to log in to POS, rather than using their code.

There is no direct way to disable a clerk code other than to Discontinue it. However, a workaround is to enter a non-existent POS Number in the Use POS field:
