Running one Kitchen Monitor on Two Screens

Running one Kitchen Monitor on Two Screens

One Kitchen Monitor (IKM) can be viewed on two screens by adding a second monitor to the PC running Kitchen Monitor and choosing Duplicate These Displays in Windows > Display Settings. Or in some cases, a VGA splitter can be used.

Kitchen Monitor will only be controllable from the first screen.

Another option is to install IKM on one system, then install a remote access program (for example, TeamViewer) that can be used by a second POS terminal (that is a touchscreen). That terminal connects remotely into the IKM and both systems can then bump orders.
