P400 Bank Unavailable or Operator timeout error.

 

Problem:


Recently, the Oolio Wpay P400 pinpad experienced bank unavailable or operator timeout errors in Linkly after a few transactions.






Solution:



Change the interface from TCPIP to the COM port.


P400 will be detected as Mx Family POS Terminal (COM9) in the Device Manager

 

Change Pinpad comms to Serial Comms

In Linkly Client change COM Port to COM9
