Mobi2go Offline - The Idealpos integration at XXXXX is offline.
If the reseller or customer is receiving emails indicating 'The Idealpos integration at {Venue Name} is offline' then this generally occurs for the following reasons:
- POS Terminal running Webit is switched off
- The Internet connection onsite is offline
- Webit is not running - Webit should start with Windows, however some factors may cause this not to occur**
**Best to check the Webit logs to look into this should it be occurring.
Mobi2go has a check in place that if the POS System has not checked in for a period of around a minute to query for new orders it will halt new orders being processed.
