Magstripe Drivers for early xCitePOS terminals

In most cases, when a Magstripe reader is attached to an xCitePOS terminal, it will install as USB to Serial and take over COM6. However, on early versions of the xCitePOS terminal, the card reader may not install - in Device Manager, Magnetic Card Stripe Reader will have no driver.

To fix, install the attached drivers.
