Magellan Scale/Scanner: scale or scanner is not working
All is configured correctly, including the dual cable, but either the scale is not registering a weight when an item is on it, or the scanner is not successfully scanning barcodes.This could be because the scale is in single cable mode. This can be confirmed by switching the cables, and the devices that are working/not working will switch.
Fix:
There is a barcode available in the user guide that is supplied with the scale that can be scanned on the Magellan that will change the mode to dual mode.
