IBA Interface - Sales Export & Promotion Import Setup

The following steps will assist you to setup the ALM/IBA Interface to Import Promotions & export the sales for rebates.

Perform the following steps on the terminal licensed for IBA. 

1. Go to Setup > POS Terminals 

2. Select to the Import/Export TAB 

3. Enter the following details 

            - Daily Import/Export Time - Set to a time after the venue closes, typically in the early hours of the morning (e.g. 04:00 which is 4am) 

            - Username - Provided by ALM/IBA

            - Password - Provided by ALM/IBA

            - Import Promotions - Tick to Enable 

            - State Code - Enter the state in which the store is located (e.g. QLD or NSW) 

            - Store Code - Enter the code for the store (e.g. CB for Cellarbrations)   

            - Exclude Batch - This field is very rarely used (Typically a Z1 or Z2 are entered if required)  

            - Zone - This is the promotion group zone (Supplied by ALM/IBA) 

            - POS Range - This is the POS Terminals in which the promotions imported will be loaded against (e.g. POS 20-21)   

            - Promotion Group - This is the code for the Promotion Group created in Idealpos to house the ALM/IBA Promotions under Setup > Sales > Promotions > Promotion Groups

4. Exit & Save 

5. Go to Setup > Stock Control Locations 1

6. Enter the IBA Store ID - Provided by ALM/IBA 

7. Save & Exit
