i15 J1900 64bit Cash Drawer Trigger

Problem:

Cash Drawer does not open when connected directly to an i15 J1900 64bit terminal.

Cause:

As of Version 7.1 Build 15, Idealpos installed the 64bit Cash Drawer executable and .dll file.

In Version 7.1 Build 15r1, Idealpos overwrites the existing .dll file that already exists.

Solution:

Upgrade the version of Idealpos to the latest build.

If that is not possible, extract the two files in the attached zip archive and paste them into

C:\Program Files (x86)\Idealpos Solutions\Idealpos\Support directory.
