Do Idealpos Loyalty Points work with orders sent from Idealpos Local Serves?

When an eCommerce order is created, the online customer database (Online Reporting Customers) is checked first for a matching email. If no email match is found, a search is made for a matching phone number. The details of the order are then sent to the POS terminal, and Idealpos attempts to match to a customer based on the information sent.

If the matched customer is linked to a customer type that has points, the POS rules will apply for Points accumulation.
