DLL/OCX Errors When Starting Idealpos the second time

Problem:

After installing the Framework and Build, Idealpos starts. But after exiting and attempting to restart, a variety of DLL and OCX errors may occur. In this particular case, they were related to XceedZip.dll and MsWinsck.dll. Example from the IPSError.log:

Cause:

The 'starts once' scenario can indicate that there is a permissions issue. 

Fix:

In this case, setting IPS.EXE to Run As Administrator fixed the issue.
