      Connecting a Cash Drawer to the Receipt Printer

      A cash drawer can be set to fire by connecting the RJ12 connector to a receipt printer with a suitable plug and selecting the Connection as Via Receipt Printer in Setup > POS Terminals > Other Peripherals > Cash Drawer.

      Note that you may have to adjust the Baud Rate (9600 worked at one site) to enable the cash drawer.
