Cash Drawer Not Firing from POS : Error "75-Path/file access error"

Cash Drawer will fire from Test in POS Terminal Settings, but when attempting to fire from POS (e.g. No Sale), the "75-Path/file access error" will display and the Cash Drawer will not fire.

At one site, this issue was found to be caused by the same port being specified for RFID Reader and Cash Drawer.  Removing the (in this case) redundant RFID Reader setting resolved the issue.
