Accessing Idealpos Functions and Data Remotely

If you travel and need to access reports and functions in Idealpos, let's talk about three different ways to do so.

Idealpos Online is a web-based reporting system, with a dashboard of key data and access to a sub-set of the reports available from the full Idealpos application. We are working on adding more functionality to Idealpos Online.

A Virtual Private Network (VPN) can be used to connected a licenced Idealpos terminal to other terminals that are located anywhere via the Web. We recommended and host OpenVPN, but you can use your own VPN as well.

Remote Desktop can be used to remote into an existing back office terminal running Idealpos. Remote Desktop is built into Windows.
