Using Customer Rewards to buy and track a multi-gym visit package
Situation:
You want to be able to sell a 10 gym visit package, and then track how many of these visits have been used.
Solution:
Use a Customer Reward Promotion.
How to Set it Up
1. Set up a Stock Item that the Customer will purchase when they buy the Gym Visit Package:

2. Set up a Stock Item that you will ring up when the Customer visits the Gym:

3. Create a Customer Reward Promotion. Note: In order to reward the Customer with 10 Gym Visits when they purchase the package, it is keyed on the Amount, and the Amount is 1/10th of the full price (so in this case, $10.00 out of $100.00):

How it works in POS:
1. Add a customer to a sale, and then sell a Gym Membership:
2. When the Customer returns to use a Gym Visit, add the Customer and sell a Gym Visit:
3. Press Enter. The Rewards screen displays, allowing you to Redeem the first visit. Note that there are 9 more redeemable visits available:
