What’s in the box?

- Press and hold the power button on the left side of the device
Accessing admin menu
- Click Settings in the bottom left corner
Overview of settings (IP address, software version, merchant ID)
- Access admin menu
- Select Device Info
Connect to wifi
- Access admin menu
- Select network
- Enter passcode (2015) – if 2015 doesn’t work and venue doesn’t know their passcode ask Hannah/Louis
- Click wifi
- Toggle wifi on (if not already on)
- Select the required network once loaded
- Enter password and click connect
Set static IP address
- Access admin menu
- Select network
- Enter passcode (2015) – if 2015 doesn’t work and venue doesn’t know their passcode ask Hannah/Louis
- Click wifi
- Click the setting icon next to the connected network
- Click the edit icon in the top right
- Click advanced options & scroll down
- Click on the DHCP dropdown menu
- Select STATIC
- Scroll down to the IP address
- Manually enter the IP address and click save
- (the gateway, network prefix & DNS will automatically populate after entering the IP address)

Settlement/Transactions
NOTE:
- The settlement will automatically happen at 5am each day
- Payouts are next business day and get disbursed around 6am (Fri/Sat/Sun sales payout Mon)
- The settlement function in POS will only include integrated transactions – stand-alone/manual transactions will not show up on the POS settlement
View transactions
- From the home screen click on Transactions
- Click History
- Enter passcode (2015) - if 2015 doesn’t work and venue doesn’t know their passcode ask Hannah/Louis
- You can view all transactions and the response (approved/declined/cancelled etc.)
- You can then click on a transaction to get more detailed info

Restart pin-pad
- Press and hold power button on left side of device
- Select restart
Config Update
- Access admin menu
- Select Config
- Enter Passcode (2015) – if 2015 doesn’t work and venue doesn’t know their passcode ask Hannah/Louis
- Device will then check for any updates
- If update is available, click the update button
Software Update
- Access admin menu
- Select Device Info
- Click on the software version
- Enter Passcode (2015) - if 2015 doesn’t work and venue doesn’t know their passcode ask Hannah/Louis
- Device will then check for any updates
- If update is available, click the update button
