Reseller procedure for transferring files to Idealpos

As of Nov 2019, we no longer are using our own Google Drive folders to upload database and other files to us.

Instead, we encourage you to upload databases to your own Google Drive account, and then share the folder with us. This means that storage issues are solved, as you receive 15gb of free data storage with your own Google account. 

If you are not familiar with folder sharing on Google Drive, here's how:

  1. Create a new folder on Google Drive called Idealpos and [your company name].
  2. Right-click on the folder and click Share.
  3. In People, type idealpos.solutions@gmail.com

  4. Click Send.

That's it! You can now upload any files you need to get to us in that folder, and just let us know when they are available for us to download. Attaching a note to a ticket is always the best way to do this.

Of course, you are also welcome to use any cloud-based file storage system (there are dozens, and many are free) as long as you can provide a link to the files/folder you are transferring to us.
