QJumper and WebIT: summary of features

QJumper and WebIT: summary of features

As of August 2021, QJumper is now available through Idealpos Online's eCommerce subscriptions, and this option must be used for any new installations.

Prior to this, QJumper used (legacy) WebIT configured for FTP. The orders are then sent to Idealpos, marked as paid, and processed automatically.

You will need to be running Idealpos 7.0 or greater, and also have a legacy WebIT (4.0) licence on one Idealpos terminal.

Initially, the Stock Items that you wish to sell at the Qjumper website will need to be exported in Idealpos and provided to App Labs (the makers of QJumper). Other information (a database backup, and screen captures of Hot Drinks POS screen and extras grid) may also be required by App Labs.

If additional Stock Items are required to be sold later, you can add these directly in QJumper, but they must match existing Stock Items in Idealpos.

Once fully configured in Idealpos, WebIT, and QJumper, orders from the QJumper App will send to the POS terminal, print and automatically be paid for. Information on orders is available both in Idealpos and in the QJumper app.
