MOTO / Mail Order Telephone Order

In order to configure and enable the MOTO function of Oolio Pay, you must do the following;

Ensure that the license has the Idealpos Payments module added.

Ensure that the devices have been configured to allow MOTO transactions by Oolio Pay Global. 

You will need to determine and provide the following to the Integrations team and confirm it's status. (Hannah.)

• Merchant Name - (Located in Acquirer portal, will be provided by Payments team, generally IDEALPOS_POS_SITENAME)
• PINPAD ID - V400m-######### (Model Name and Serial Number)

Once confirmed, verify that the pinpad is connected, configured and communicating with the POS in the EFTPOS settings.

Note that some sites may have their pinpad configured via DHCP leading to disconnections upon renewal of the IP address.

Finally, configure a new tender called 'MOTO', and ensure that EFTPOS is enabled within the tender.

You should then be able to select this Tender within Idealpos to send the transaction through to the pinpad, to which you can then enter the card number and expiry date for the sale.
