How do I see the tickets I have raised with Idealpos Support?

Accessing list of Hubspot tickets through the Customer Portal

To see a list of Hubspot tickets raised for a particular e-mail address, go to the Idealpos Help Guides page help.idealpos.co and select Customer Portal  :

The first time you do this, you should see a page with the "Sign In" section (as illustrated below), where you can enter an e-mail address. 

 

This should e-mail you a link to the "Customer Portal" , where you can view further tickets that include this e-mail as a contact, either from the ticket being raised by sending an e-mail to support@idealpos.co or the e-mail being added as a Contact to the ticket. 

The Customer Portal also provides access to the Knowledge Base, which includes articles such as this one.  The menu shown below shows where to navigate between Knowledge Base and Tickets :

You may see tickets raised by other e-mail in your organisation if we have set up Hubspot to automatically add multiple e-mail addresses to tickets raised by e-mail addresses within your organisation.

Next time you click on "Go to Customer Portal" through the Idealpos Help Guides page on the same machine, you may find that you will be taken to the page showing the list of tickets.

*** Note : Hubspot is the ticketing system now used for support tickets, which was previously handled through Freshdesk, which is still used for some Solution articles and for raising Feature Requests in the Freshdesk Forum
