Chargeable Support for Idealpos

The Idealpos Reseller Support Team charges for support to the Resellers on old versions of Idealpos Software and to provide support on upgrading from V5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0 and 7.1 to version 8. 

As of 1 Jan 2023, old versions of the software include: Idealpos V5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0 and 7.1, Ideal Kitchen Monitor 1.0 and Ideal Webit 3.0. There is a minimum charge of 1/2 hour (or $50). Thereafter, rates are $25 per 15 min block. 

The support agent will confirm with you if you wish to proceed with the support charges prior to commencing any support. Resellers who contact our helpdesk for support will be asked to provide the details of the Customer so that licencing details are checked before providing support. 

If you are reporting a bug that still exists in the current Build of 7.1, then support to address this issue is not chargeable. Note that sometimes what is a 'bug' and what is not is open to interpretation, so the support team will be in charge of determining if the reported issue falls into the bug category.

Support for Idealpos 8 is free, and you are encouraged to upgrade any site to Idealpos 8 to take advantage of this.
